When you use a Bank like Chaze the bank is owned by shareholders eager to cash in this sets you up for you guessed it Fees! How do you avoid this predator style of banking? The solution is to move into the realm of the Credit Union. A credit Union is owned by its members who share more of your ethical and moral values. At a Credit Union you can cash a check just like you do at your bank.
A credit union Offers many of the services as a bank, but it is a co-op which means it is owned by you the user this arrangement is beneficial for the small bank and for you because the rules are more friendly at a credit union and there seems to be less fees involved.
Another nice feature of the credit union is a useful money mover nationwide network you can use called shared branch checking where you can easily access your money in a nationwide network of participating credit unions that can allow you to remotely access your account in another city or state free of charge.
Joining a credit union is fun and easy most of the bank workers are nice and friendly, sometimes there would even be fun events like a BBQ in the parking lot of the bank with free hot dogs for the members.
